Returns Policy

Closeout items and electronic components are not eligible for return.

You may return most new, unopened, never installed items within 15 days of delivery. You must call (206) 548-1306 to obtain an RGA (return goods authorization) prior to returning any items. Items must be shipped back in their original, unopened packaging. Any part which has been opened, used or installed is not eligible for a return.  A refund will be issued once the item has been received and processed. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items will not be accepted for return without a pre-approved RGA. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. and Canada. Unfortunately, we  no longer ship outside of these two territories. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped outside of our distribution region. UPS is our default shipping method. If you live in the Seattle area, you may choose to pick up your items at our Ballard location for no additional charge.
